Refund and Return Policy

1. No Returns Policy

At Fruitdelight, we take great care in selecting and delivering fresh fruits, vegetables, beautifully arranged fruit baskets, cupcakes, flowers, and chocolates. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Refund Policy

While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds will be considered in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Items: If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 1 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item(s), kindly notify us within 1 hours for a resolution.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to an issue on our end, we will provide a full refund or re-delivery.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 4-5  business days to reflect.

3. Replacement Policy

In rare cases where a refund is not possible, we may offer a replacement.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@fruitdelight.co.uk    with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 1hr business hours.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within the following timeframes:

  • Same-day delivery: Cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
  • Next-day delivery: Can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • 3-4 day delivery: Can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order.

Once processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Special Considerations

  • For custom fruit baskets, cupcakes, and floral arrangements, refunds and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
